Northern Exposure Photography is our passion for capturing the landscapes and wildlife in the Yorkshire Dales where we live and northern Scotland, the highlands and islands and Outer Hebrides that we enjoy exploring all year round.

Andy enjoys landscapes, seascapes, waterfalls and long exposures to capture the movement in the landscape through the seasons.

Abandoned and derelict places are another interest while exploring to record the history of Scotland from the highland clearances through to today`s crofts.

Andy uses the Canon Eos 7D mk1. Sigma 10-20mm, Sigma 70-300mm, Canon 18-55mm & Canon 50mm F1.8 lenses with the Kase Wolverine 100mm K9 Master kit.

Jane enjoys wildlife photography, particularly red squirrels in the Cairngorms and Yorkshire Dales, also Barn Owls and all birds from various locations, RSPB reserves and our own garden hide, future projects include more Puffins and Otters to name but a few.

Jane uses the Canon Eos 7D mk2 and the Sigma 150-600mm C lens for wildlife.
